Hardy Krüger family dispute escalates over actor's remains

A public dispute has emerged between the children of the late actor Hardy Krüger regarding the whereabouts of his remains. Four years after his death in Palm Springs, California, Hardy Krüger jr. intends to travel to the United States to investigate the location of his father's ashes, stating he has received no information from the actor's widow, Anita Park.

His half-sister, Christiane Krüger, has publicly criticized this plan, accusing him of attempting to “market” their father's death for public attention. She maintains that the current situation reflects their father's final wishes and that his remains were intended to be scattered according to instructions given to his wife.

The conflict is compounded by previous tensions regarding the actor's will, which named Anita Park as the sole heir, excluding his children from the inheritance.
