Hari Won's modest rental home in South Korea

Vietnamese singer Hari Won, wife of actor Trấn Thành, lives in a luxury apartment in Ho Chi Minh City but continues to rent a modest flat in South Korea. She has spoken about her childhood in Korea, the high cost of housing there and the difficulty for families without property assets to buy a home.

The rented unit is about 100 m², equipped with basic amenities such as a shared laundry area, a game room and a small kitchen. Hari Won noted that rent and house prices are rising sharply, with a 100 m² apartment in major Korean cities costing up to VND 20 billion, while more affordable units are found only in peripheral areas.
