Haris Tabaković shines with Salzburg following strong start

Haris Tabaković is enjoying a highly successful start to his season with Red Bull Salzburg, scoring eight goals in eight matches. In a recent Austrian Bundesliga derby, the striker scored twice within 20 minutes to help Salzburg secure a 5-0 victory over Rapid Wien.

Salzburg coach Danny Röhl praised Tabaković’s performance, noting that the striker demonstrated the qualities of a top-tier forward by requiring very few opportunities to create problems for the opposing defense.

Beyond his recent on-field success, Tabaković shared insights into his disciplined background. Before his professional football career took off, he spent four years working in the banking sector in Switzerland. He balanced a rigorous routine of working in a bank from 7:00 to 16:00 and attending vocational school, followed by evening training sessions with Young Boys Bern. He credits this period with instilling the organization and discipline necessary for his professional career.
