Harju County Court handles major lawsuits involving PwC and Eleringi

The Harju County Court is presiding over two distinct legal disputes in Estonia. In the first case, the Baltcapi Infrastructure Fund has filed a claim against the auditing firm PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), seeking more than 40 million euros in damages.

In a separate matter, the court dismissed a claim brought by Pakrineeme Port against Eleringi. The port sought over 2.8 million euros in rental fees and interest, but the court ruled that no rental relationship had been established between the two parties. Additionally, a larger 100 million euro damage claim was rejected following political decisions regarding the direction of FSRU Inkoo.
