Harley Cunningham to climb Mount Kilimanjaro in memory of her son
Harley Cunningham, a 42-year-old mother from Surrey, is preparing to climb Mount Kilimanjaro in memory of her son, James, who died from bronchopneumonia at 21 months old.
Scheduled to begin her 10-day, 66-kilometre trek in Tanzania on September 17, Cunningham aims to reach the summit of 5,895 metres. She has raised more than £10,500 for Cruse Bereavement Support, a charity that provided her with counseling following her son's death.
