Harley-Davidson introduces Sprint 440 mid-range motorcycle

Harley-Davidson has launched the Sprint 440, a new mid-range cruiser designed to be more affordable than its flagship models. Developed in collaboration with the Indian manufacturer Hero MotoCorp, the model aims to expand the brand's reach in markets where motorcycle sales remain strong.

The Sprint 440 features a 440 cc single-cylinder, air and oil-cooled engine. It produces 27 horsepower at 6,000 rpm and 38 Nm of torque at 4,000 rpm. The motorcycle is equipped with electronic fuel injection (EFI), a single overhead camshaft, and two valves.

Designed with accessibility in mind, the bike has a seat height of 671 mm, making it suitable for smaller riders and beginners. Technical features include a 3.5 inch TFT instrument cluster, a USB-C charging port, and a five-speed gearbox with long fifth and sixth gears optimized for highway use. In the UK market, the model is priced starting at approximately 4,995 pounds.
