Harnaś restaurant in Kościelisko faces backlash over controversial policies

The Harnaś restaurant in Kościelisko has become the subject of intense online debate following reports of controversial policies and aggressive responses to customer feedback. The establishment faced criticism for implementing entry gates, charging 50 PLN for parking, a 5 PLN fee for restroom use, and restricting service to main course customers during specific hours.

Internet users also highlighted the owner's abrasive replies to negative Google reviews, which included insults directed at customers. In a recent visit by YouTuber Książulo, the owner admitted to the behavior, stating, “I simply couldn't take it mentally. I snapped.”

The owner explained that the restrictive measures were a response to disrespectful tourist behavior, including misuse of facilities and refusal to pay parking fees. Following the backlash, the owner reported that some controversial responses had been removed and certain rules appeared to have been adjusted.
