HarperCollins announces new Narnia editions in Brazil

HarperCollins has announced a special editorial project for the Brazilian market featuring new editions of C.S. Lewis’s fantasy saga, The Chronicles of Narnia. The initiative is launched in partnership with Netflix to build anticipation for the upcoming film, The Magician’s Nephew, directed by Greta Gerwig.

The project includes a new hardcover box set containing all seven books with updated cover art and illustrations. Additionally, special editions of The Magician’s Nephew will be released, including a film-inspired paperback and a luxury edition featuring a special dust jacket and illustrated endpapers by Vance Kovacs.

The release schedule is set for late 2026 and early 2027. A film-inspired paperback edition is scheduled for November 17, 2026, followed by the seven-book hardcover box set on November 24, 2026. A luxury edition of The Magician’s Nephew is expected to launch on February 15, 2027.
