Harriet Cowan discusses leaving nursing career and ‘Clarkson’s Farm’ tension

Harriet Cowan, a breakout star from the Prime Video series ‘Clarkson's Farm’, has revealed she has left her career in nursing following her appearance on the show. Cowan, who temporarily filled in for Kaleb Cooper while he was on a book tour, noted that the sudden attention became overwhelming and made it difficult to maintain professionalism as a nurse when being recognized by patients.

Cowan also addressed the on-screen tension between herself and Cooper during the series. She described Cooper as being “really frosty” upon his return to the farm, explaining that his frustration stemmed from being away on a tour bus for eight weeks and returning to find someone else performing his duties. Cowan stated that the two have since reconciled and are now “great friends.”

While Cowan has no immediate plans to return to the show, she mentioned she has recently purchased her own farm.
