Harris County authorities rescue missing girl from trafficking operation

Authorities in north Harris County, Texas, have rescued a missing minor following an investigation into a suspected human trafficking operation. The investigation began last Thursday after officials received reports regarding a missing child.

Detectives executed search warrants at two separate residences. While the child was not located at the first home where 35-year-old Brandi Lowe was identified, authorities subsequently located the child at a second residence discovered during the investigation. Lowe has been arrested and charged with promotion of prostitution, with her bond set at $20,000. Officials stated that the investigation revealed Lowe had allegedly posted the child online for trafficking purposes.
