Harrison Audio and SSL release updates for channel strip and controller workflows

Harrison Audio has released the 32Classic Channel Strip V2 plug-in, which features native integration with SSL 360° and the UC1 control surface. The update includes a dedicated 360° skin for the UC1 hardware, providing hands-on control over channel faders, panning, width, solo, and cut functions. Additional processing enhancements include an Auto-Gain feature in the compressor section, a Compressor Mix control for parallel compression, and expanded dynamics processing with support for external sidechain inputs.

Simultaneously, Solid State Logic has released the SSL 360° V2.1 update for its U-Series controller platform, including the UC1, UF8, and UF1. This update optimizes workflows for Logic Pro and Pro Tools by introducing synchronized track selection, support for track colors, and improved solo and mute functionality. The update also enables the UF8 to control eight sends per track and improves track name visibility within Pro Tools.
