Harrison Family Vets celebrates second anniversary in Leeds

Harrison Family Vets, a family-run veterinary business, is marking its second anniversary at its South Leeds clinic in Middleton. Since opening at St George’s Retail Park in October 2024, the practice has treated more than 6,000 animals, including 3,445 dogs, 2,238 cats, 168 rabbits, and 93 guinea pigs, as well as various other species.

The clinic utilizes a ‘Fear Free’ approach designed to minimize anxiety for pets and owners through features such as calming lighting, dedicated waiting pods, and separate wards for cats and dogs. All eight members of the Leeds team are currently pursuing professional Fear Free accreditations.

This location serves as the seventh practice for the company, which began with its first clinic in Reading in 2021. The business plans to expand further with the launch of its eleventh practice in Darlington this autumn.
