Harry Hamlin reflects on 40 years of ‘L.A. Law’
Actor Harry Hamlin reflects on the 40th anniversary of the legal drama ‘L.A. Law’, which premiered on NBC in 1986. Created by Steven Bochco and Terry Louise Fisher, the series focused on the Los Angeles-based law firm McKenzie, Brackman, Chaney and Kuzak.
Hamlin, who portrayed attorney Michael Kuzak, discussed his initial hesitation to join the series due to financial reasons and a personal preference for film over television. The show became a significant success, running for eight seasons and earning 15 Emmy Awards, including four for Outstanding Drama.
