Harry Potter flagship store to open on Oxford Street

A giant Chocolate Frog appeared in Piccadilly Circus as a promotional stunt ahead of the opening of the new Harry Potter Shop Oxford Street. The location was chosen for its connection to the franchise, as Piccadilly Circus appears in ‘Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 1’.

Scheduled to open on November 4, the new flagship store will be the largest official Harry Potter location in the United Kingdom, spanning over 1,950 square meters across two floors. The shop is designed to mimic the atmosphere of Diagon Alley and will feature several immersive attractions, including a life-sized Knight Bus, a themed Leaky Cauldron experience, and a Ukrainian Ironbelly dragon.

Visitors can participate in interactive activities such as the Gringotts Adventure and a Hogwarts Bear Ceremony, where fans can personalize plush bears with house-specific accessories. The store will also offer exclusive products, including wands and MinaLima illustrations.
