Haruomi Hosono to host David Byrne on radio special

Haruomi Hosono will host a special two-week extended broadcast of his radio program, ‘Daisy Holiday!’, on interFM. The special programming will air on September 6 and September 13 at 25:00.

The September 6 episode will feature a special segment dedicated to Hosono’s upcoming 23rd album, ‘Yours Sincerely’, scheduled for release on September 11. The program will include discussions regarding the production and the new musical direction of the work alongside participating staff.

The September 13 episode will feature a studio talk session with David Byrne, recorded on the morning of his performance in Japan. The session will cover various topics including music, dance, society, and the shared perspectives of their generation, centered around the theme of ‘LOVE & KINDNESS’.
