In Ivy League collegiate athletics, Vermont defeated Dartmouth 2-0 in field hockey. Addie DelOrefice scored both goals for the Catamounts, extending Vermont's winning streak to four games. Despite seven saves from Dartmouth goalkeeper Kylie McKinley, the Big Green could not overcome the early deficit.

In football, Cornell secured a 38-25 victory over the No. 17/18 ranked Yale Bulldogs. Cornell quarterback Garrett Bass-Sulpizio contributed two rushing touchdowns, while Tommy MacPherson recorded two interceptions to bolster the defense. Yale's sophomore quarterback Charles Hewitt, making his first career start, threw for 244 yards and two touchdowns but also threw two interceptions.
