Harvey reaches $11 billion valuation amid AI expansion
Legal AI startup Harvey has reached an $11 billion valuation following a $200 million funding round co-led by Sequoia Capital and Singapore’s GIC. This marks a significant increase from its $3 billion valuation in early 2025.
Founded by Winston Weinberg, the company provides specialized AI platforms for law firms and corporate legal departments, utilizing models trained on jurisprudence and regulations to automate complex tasks.
In a separate development regarding governance, Harvey has announced the general availability of its integration with Intapp. This partnership aims to enforce ethical walls within the AI platform, helping law firms manage conflicts of interest and maintain client confidentiality as they scale AI adoption.
