Hasanuddin University Professor joins Global Transitions editorial board

Prof. Sukri Palutturi, Dean of the Graduate School at Hasanuddin University (Unhas), has been appointed to the editorial board of the international journal Global Transitions. The journal is a multidisciplinary, open-access publication that focuses on global transformation issues, including public health, climate change, sustainable development, and energy transformation.

Global Transitions is published by KeAi Communications and is available through the ScienceDirect platform by Elsevier. The journal holds a Quartile 1 (Q1) ranking, with a SCImago Journal Rank (SJR) of 0.706 and an H-index of 29. It also reports an Impact Factor of 4.2 and a CiteScore of 5.1.

This appointment is noted as a significant achievement for Unhas, enhancing the international visibility of Indonesian academics and supporting the university's efforts toward global academic integration.
