Hasbro classics Monopoly adapted for board games and audio play

Hasbro classics are being adapted into new formats, including the traditional Monopoly board game and new audio-based versions for the Toniebox 2 system.

Monopoly Klassik remains a standard board game for 2 to 6 players, aged 8 and up, featuring 8 playing pieces, houses, hotels, and property cards. The German edition utilizes local street names and typically requires approximately 90 minutes of playtime.

In a digital shift, tonies is launching ‘Tonieplay Games’, which includes audio-driven versions of Monopoly, The Game of Life, and Guess Who? The audio games are designed to be played without a physical board or paper money, using the Toniebox to explain rules, track time, and manage scores via a dedicated controller. These titles are expected to be available in retail starting September 10.
