HashKey Cloud and BitGo expand partnership into institutional staking and tokenization

HashKey Cloud and BitGo have expanded their existing partnership into a broader institutional infrastructure agreement covering staking, trading, custody, and real-world asset (RWA) tokenization. The expanded deal was signed in Singapore during TOKEN2049 week.

Under the new arrangement, HashKey Cloud will serve as a validator partner on BitGo’s platform, initially supporting Ethereum (ETH) and Solana (SOL) staking for eligible institutional clients. On the custody side, BitGo will provide infrastructure to HashKey Capital and its associated funds, pending onboarding and specific agreements. Additionally, BitGo will act as a custody partner for HashKey’s RWA tokenization initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region.

The collaboration aims to provide a more integrated asset stack for institutions entering digital markets, addressing needs for staking infrastructure, trading liquidity, and regulated custody within a single connected framework.
