Hatay Flavors and Clothing Festival opens in Kayseri

The Hatay Regional Flavors and Clothing Festival has opened at the World Trade Center in Kayseri. Organized as a partnership between FlyTürk Organizasyon and Elitfest, the event runs from October 13 to October 18.

Featuring 150 companies, the festival showcases traditional Hatay cuisine, including kebabs, içli köfte, biberli ekmek, künefe, şırdan, and mumbar. In addition to food, the event offers a selection of adult and children's clothing, glassware, and various discounted textile products.

The festival also includes cultural performances, such as traditional 'sıra gecesi' events accompanied by drum and zurna music to provide visitors with a live cultural experience.
