Hatay resident sues concrete company over quality fraud

A business owner in Hatay, Turkey, has taken legal action against a concrete company following allegations of fraud regarding construction materials. Münir Çalıcı, who intended to build two workplaces in the Defne district, claims he paid for C30 quality concrete but received C20 quality instead.

Çalıcı reported that after hiring a private laboratory to test samples, he discovered the discrepancy. He further alleged that company representatives attempted to tamper with the samples late at night, bringing him different specimens in an attempt to mislead him. The matter has been referred to the judiciary.
