Hateco Group breaks ground on InterCentral urban project

Hateco Group and the Vinh Thanh Commune People's Committee held a groundbreaking ceremony on October 8, 2026, for the InterCentral project and its surrounding technical infrastructure in Dong Anh. This event marks the return of Hateco Group to the real estate market under the Hateco Property brand.

The development includes the InterCentral new urban area and a simultaneous infrastructure project. The infrastructure component, covering approximately 12.95 hectares, involves an investment of over 589 billion VND from budget funds. This includes the construction of three roads totaling 2.7km in length, two bridges over the Viet Thang canal, and integrated systems for drainage, lighting, telecommunications, and wastewater treatment.

According to Duong Duc Tuan, Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee, the projects are designed to enhance connectivity and create regional impact within major transportation hubs.
