CTC Hato Mayor hosts digital innovation and entrepreneurship day

The Centro Tecnológico Comunitario (CTC) in Hato Mayor held a Digital Development and Innovation Day as part of the ‘Hato Mayor Emprende 2026’ initiative. The event aimed to strengthen digital skills, creativity, and entrepreneurship among children, youth, and the local community.

During the session, the CTC awarded certificates to dozens of participants who completed training programs in information technology. A key highlight was the ‘Game Winner 2026’ contest, where young participants used the Scratch educational platform to demonstrate programming skills, logical thinking, and problem-solving through video game development.

The event was organized by CTC Hato Mayor manager Winner Lizardo and attended by CTC Director General Isidro Torres, along with various local and national authorities, including Senator Cristóbal Castillo and Budget Director General José Rijo Presbot.
