Haval H9 SUV rolls out in India and Brazil with upgraded specs

Great Wall Motor plans to introduce the 2026 Haval H9 SUV in India later this year, pricing the base model at roughly ₹25 lakh and higher‑spec 4×4 versions near ₹30 lakh. The seven‑seat vehicle will feature a bold boxy design, optional black‑out exterior trim, a 2.0‑L turbo‑petrol or 2.4‑L turbo‑diesel engine, up to an 9‑speed automatic transmission, intelligent all‑wheel‑drive systems, a digital instrument cluster, large touchscreen infotainment, ADAS safety suites and a panoramic sunroof.

In Brazil, the 2027 Haval H9 has already entered showrooms with a single trim priced at R$335 k. It retains the 2.4‑L turbo‑diesel producing 184 hp and 48.9 kg‑fm of torque, paired with a nine‑speed automatic and 4×4 drivetrain with locked differentials. Fuel consumption is 9.1 km/L city and 10.1 km/L highway. Interior highlights include a 10.25‑inch digital panel, a 14.6‑inch multimedia screen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, six airbags, a 640 W premium sound system, adaptive cruise control, lane‑keep assist and a 540° camera. Dimensions measure 4.95 m × 1.98 m × 1.93 m with a 2.85 m wheelbase.
