Havan plans R$ 1.5 billion expansion and 15 new stores

Brazilian retailer Havan is planning a R$ 1.5 billion investment to expand its operations across the country. The company aims to open 15 new stores throughout 2026, with an estimated cost of R$ 100 million per unit. This expansion follows a record year in 2025, where the retailer reported a revenue of R$ 18.5 billion and a net profit of R$ 3.5 billion.

In addition to new retail locations, the company is upgrading its logistics infrastructure. The distribution center in Barra Velha, Santa Catarina, will receive a R$ 250 million investment to add 50,000 square meters to its existing 200,000-square-meter facility. Led by businessman Luciano Hang, the long-term strategy includes reaching a total of 200 units nationwide, focusing on the country's interior to leverage lower bureaucracy.
