Havana International Book Fair opens in Cuba

The 34th Havana International Book Fair has opened in Havana, Cuba. The event is dedicated to the memory of Fidel Castro, who is recognized by the Cuban Book Institute as a major promoter of the nation's literature and publishing systems.

Presided over by President Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, the fair serves as a forum for intellectual debate and the dissemination of literary trends. This year, the Russian Federation is participating as the guest of honor, highlighting cultural cooperation between Cuba and Russia.
