Azerbaijan Air Force receives Turkish HAVELSAN command‑control system

Turkish defence company HAVELSAN has delivered its Air Force Information Command and Control System (known as HvBS or AICCS) to the Azerbaijani Air Force. The system integrates planning, execution, monitoring and assessment of air operations in a unified digital environment, providing a common operational picture, real‑time mission data and centralized monitoring of critical information. Its open, modular architecture allows integration with existing command‑and‑control infrastructure and can be expanded as operational needs evolve. By reducing preparation time to minutes, the system enhances speed, accuracy and maneuverability of air missions. The delivery marks a significant software export for Turkey, demonstrates HAVELSAN’s engineering expertise in defence informatics, and deepens defence‑industry cooperation between Turkey and Azerbaijan.
