Havlíčkův Brod launches HBappka mobile application

The city of Havlíčkův Brod has launched HBappka, a new free mobile application designed to centralize municipal services and information for residents and visitors. Available on both Android and iOS, the app serves as a digital hub for various city functions.

Key features include real-time bus arrival data, parking fee payments, reporting municipal defects, and access to the city budget and online municipal office services. The application also includes a news section for cultural events, fee changes, and road closures.

Mayor Zbyněk Stejskal noted that the app will be used for emergency notifications regarding accidents, unplanned outages, or dangerous weather. The application is currently in a pilot phase lasting until mid-October, during which the city will collect public feedback to refine and improve its features based on actual usage patterns.
