Lidom players join training camps for upcoming season

Preparations for the Dominican Winter League (Lidom) season are underway with several key player movements and training camp integrations.

Marcell Ozuna has joined the Gigantes del Cibao training camp. Ozuna, who has recorded 304 career MLB home runs, becomes only the seventh player to hit 300 home runs in the Major Leagues before playing in Lidom.

The Tigres del Licey have bolstered their roster with several additions. Top MLB prospect Jesús Made has received permission from the Milwaukee Brewers to join the team for the 2026-27 season. Additionally, left-handed pitcher Nico Tellache and catcher Bryan Lavastida have integrated into the team's training sessions in Boca Chica.

Meanwhile, pitcher Luis Guerrero has reported early to the Leones del Escogido at the New York Yankees academy, expressing a commitment to helping the team pursue its third championship.
