Hayden Panettiere: Co-stars pay tribute following unexpected death

Actors and former co-stars are mourning the unexpected death of actress Hayden Panettiere, who passed away at age 36.

Jonathan Jackson, who played Panettiere’s husband on the musical drama ‘Nashville’, released a tribute describing her as an ‘amazingly gifted’ and ‘sensitive soul.’ He expressed deep grief, noting the trust they shared as colleagues and friends throughout the show’s six-season run.

Charles Esten, another ‘Nashville’ alumnus, also shared his condolences. Esten noted a ‘strange coincidence’ in that he and his wife were performing in Greenville, South Carolina, just one day before Panettiere’s passing in the same area. He expressed regret that they did not have the chance to reconnect before her death.
