Haystack expands intranet publishing capabilities across AI platforms

Haystack has announced that employees will be able to draft private intranet pages and publish group posts through four different AI platforms starting October 26. This expansion builds upon the company’s existing search connections.

Following the availability of its Model Context Protocol (MCP) server through ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Slack Marketplace, the new writing features will allow users to create knowledge pages and group posts. The company stated that these integrations respect individual employee permissions, ensuring that access to intranet content remains tied to the user's specific account.

Administrators maintain control over these tools and can choose whether to enable writing features or disable specific tools individually. Haystack also clarified that it does not use customer data to train AI models. The planned writing features are expected to roll out in beta during the fourth quarter of 2026.
