HBCU alumni make marks in entertainment, business, and culture
Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) continue to produce influential figures across entertainment, business, sports, and culture. During homecoming season, alumni from both established legends and a new generation of rising stars are highlighting the impact of their alma maters.
Notable examples include Olandria Carthen, a 2022 graduate of Tuskegee University with a degree in logistics, materials, and supply chain management, who has transitioned from reality television to international fashion campaigns. Additionally, Megan Thee Stallion is recognized as an alumna of Texas Southern University.
