HBO and Sky TV premiere legal drama ‘War’

The new legal drama series ‘War’, a co-production between HBO and Sky TV, follows the high-stakes divorce between tech billionaire Morgan Henderson and actress Carla Duval. Set within the elite law firms of London, the anthology series explores themes of betrayal and the lengths individuals will go to for financial gain.

As the marriage implodes, the narrative focuses on the ruthless tactics employed by rival legal teams, Cathcarts & Sons and Taylor & Byrne. The show features performances by Dominic West, who plays Henderson, and Sienna Miller, who portrays Duval. While praised for its polished aesthetic and strong acting, some critiques note a lack of deep character development and perspective regarding the extreme wealth at the center of the conflict.
