The Gilded Age season 4 to premiere on HBO this November

HBO has announced that the fourth season of the Emmy-nominated period drama ‘The Gilded Age’ will premiere on November 1, 2026. The eight-episode season will be available on HBO and streaming via HBO Max.

Created by Julian Fellowes, the new season continues to explore the social conflicts of 1880s New York. The narrative follows Bertha Russell as her family faces the consequences of her efforts to reshape high society. Concurrently, Agnes van Rhijn seeks to reclaim her social standing, Marian pursues an independent path, and Peggy works toward acceptance from her future in-laws.

The production features a returning cast including Carrie Coon, Christine Baranski, Cynthia Nixon, Morgan Spector, Louisa Jacobson, and Denée Benton. New additions to the ensemble include Jim Gaffigan and Dennis Haysbert. The series is a co-production between HBO and Universal Television.
