HBO Max adds new releases including Murder on the Orient Express (July 27–Aug 2, 2026)

HBO Max will add a slate of movies and television programs to its library from July 27 through August 2, 2026. The line‑up includes the Kenneth Branagh‑directed adaptation of Agatha Christie’s *Murder on the Orient Express*, starring Penélope Cruz, Johnny Depp, Tom Bateman, Willem Dafoe and other cast members. The film opened to mixed reviews and has earned more than $353 million worldwide against a $55 million budget.

Also debuting is the fantasy romance *Practical Magic*, featuring Sandra Bullock, Nicole Kidman, Stockard Channing and Dianne Wiest. In addition to these films, a variety of new TV episodes and series will be available, such as CNN’s *Craig Ferguson: American On Purpose*, Adult Swim’s *President Curtis* (Season 1), *The Great Food Truck Race* (Season 19), *Kitchen Undercover* (Season 1), *The Drama* (A24), and *Amy Barbarian*. The schedule also lists dozens of classic titles and documentaries that will be streamed during the week.
