HBO Max announces September 2026 streaming lineup

HBO Max has announced its lineup of new movies and shows for September 2026. The streaming service will feature the A24 horror blockbuster ‘Backrooms’, which is scheduled to begin streaming on September 25.

Other notable additions include an eight-part documentary series focused on Jay-Z, the comedy series ‘Youth’ written by and starring Sharon Horgan, and a short film regarding Dennis Miller’s time at Monday Night Football. The monthly catalog includes a wide variety of titles ranging from classics like ‘A Clockwork Orange’ and ‘Full Metal Jacket’ to more recent releases such as ‘Saltburn’ and ‘MaXXXine’.
