HBO Max launches animated film 'GOAT' as Czech drama 'Mistryně' premieres

HBO Max added the animated feature "GOAT" to its lineup, a Sony Pictures Animation comedy set in the fictional animal city of Džungland. The story follows a young goat named Will who aims to become the top player in the sport of roarball. The film is directed by debut filmmaker Tyree Dillihaye and features a cast that includes Caleb McLaughlin, Gabrielle Union, David Harbour, Jennifer Hudson, with former NBA star Stephen Curry serving as producer.

In the Czech Republic, the drama film "Mistryně" is scheduled to premiere on 23 July. Directed by Bohdan Karásek, the movie follows Marie Švestková’s character, a woman whose seemingly perfect life begins to unravel after re‑encountering an ex‑husband, exposing hidden cracks in her marriage. The cast includes Jiří Havelka, Marie Švestková and Lukáš Bouzek.

Additionally, Prague hosted a concert by the American rock‑blues band Welshly Arms, attracting local audiences.
