HBO Max renews ‘Stuart Fails to Save the Universe’ for season 2

HBO Max has officially renewed the spin-off series ‘Stuart Fails to Save the Universe’ for a second season following strong global viewership. The series, which premiered in July, has consistently ranked among the platform's most-watched content, competing with major titles like ‘House of the Dragon’.

Based on ‘The Big Bang Theory’ franchise, the show stars Kevin Sussman as Stuart Bloom, the comic book store owner. The plot follows Stuart as he attempts to repair reality after accidentally breaking a device created by Sheldon, Leonard, and Howard, triggering a multiversal disaster.

Stuart is joined by recurring characters Denise (Lauren Lapkus), Bert (Brian Posehn), and Barry Kripke (John Ross Bowie). Each episode features a guest star appearing as an alternative version of themselves from the original sitcom.
