HC Bozen secures perfect start to ICE Hockey League season

HC Bozen (HCB Südtirol Alperia) has achieved a perfect start to the ICE Hockey League season, securing six points from their opening two matches. Following a victory against Vienna, the Foxes defeated EC Red Bull Salzburg with a 6:3 scoreline at the Sparkasse Arena.

Young player Nicolò Remolato emerged as a standout performer, scoring three goals across the two games, including a decisive performance in his debut. The team's success was bolstered by a strong middle period in the Salzburg match, where they scored four goals to turn the game around.

In addition to the on-ice success, the club held a ceremony to honor four former captains: Rolly Benvenuti, Hubert Gasser, Robert Oberrauch, and Martin Pavlu. Their jersey numbers were officially retired and hung from the arena roof during the event, which was attended by local political representatives and club legends.
