HC Conversions builds off-road Mercedes-Benz Sprinter camper

HC Conversions, a company based in Sydney, Australia, has completed a specialized build of an AWD Mercedes-Benz Sprinter with a 144-inch wheelbase. Designed for extended adventures and off-road capability, the vehicle features several technical upgrades.

The exterior is equipped with an Agile Offroad suspension kit, Reika R45 wheels, and Falken Wildpeak rugged terrain tires. Additional off-road enhancements include a Weldbeat bar with a 12,000 lb. winch, Stedi spotlights, a Bravo snorkel, and a Wedgetail roof rack supporting 500 W of solar panels. The build also includes a spare tire carrier, a cargo box, and a 1Up bike rack.

To maximize interior space, the van utilizes color-matched flares that allow for an east-to-west bed arrangement. The interior features a premium design, including a slatted American Oak ceiling.
