HC Slovan Bratislava defeats Motor České Budějovice 5-4 in overtime

HC Slovan Bratislava defeated Motor České Budějovice 5-4 in an overtime friendly match. The game featured high offensive activity, with the score tied at 4-4 at the end of regulation time.

Slovan Bratislava took an early lead through Liam Pecarara in the 12th minute, followed by an Oliver Eklind goal during a power play. Motor České Budějovice responded in the second period with goals from Tomáš Kundrátek and Renars Krastenbergs, later adding a third via Parker Bell and a fourth through Ordoš to keep the game competitive.

The decisive moment came in overtime when Samuel Buček scored just 23 seconds into the extra period to secure the victory for the Slovak side. For Motor České Budějovice, new signings such as Kundrátek and Bell showed strong performances. Slovan Bratislava featured former Czech extraliga player Matej Kašlík.

Motor České Budějovice will next participate in a preparatory tournament in Switzerland, scheduled to face Zug and Rapperswil-Jona.
