Google Cloud adds Gemini Enterprise AI partners HCLTech, Bain, Nokia, Bunnings
Google Cloud announced a series of new collaborations that extend its Gemini Enterprise AI platform across multiple industries. HCLTech, together with ServiceNow, will deliver Gemini‑based AI agents for field service technicians, manufacturing shop‑floor assistance and customer‑experience workflows, leveraging ServiceNow’s Blueprint for Agentic Business. The partnership was unveiled at the Google Cloud Summit in Sydney.
Bain & Company also announced a partnership with Google Cloud, offering clients combined access to Google’s Gemini models and Bain’s strategic implementation expertise to accelerate enterprise‑scale AI transformations and move beyond isolated pilots.
In the telecom sector, Nokia deepened its AI partnership with Google Cloud, embedding Gemini‑powered agents into its Assurance Center platform to automate network‑operations tasks such as alarm triage, performance analysis and remediation, aiming to cut investigation times by up to 80%.
Retail hardware retailer Bunnings highlighted the use of the Gemini Enterprise‑based “Buddy” assistant to boost online conversion and basket size for DIY customers. Bunnings plans to roll out the technology to trade and commercial customers and expand the service to New Zealand.
Across all deals, the common goal is to integrate Gemini’s generative AI with existing enterprise workflows, providing scalable, governed AI agents that can be deployed at production scale.
