Héctor Alejandro proposes security and health reforms for San Juan de Lurigancho

Héctor Alejandro, a candidate for the mayoralty of San Juan de Lurigancho, has outlined a platform focused on security, healthcare, and disaster prevention.

To combat crime, Alejandro proposes an integrated patrol system involving the police, municipal security, and neighborhood watches. His plan includes upgrading police vehicles, strengthening stations, installing surveillance cameras, and implementing a “Vecindario Seguro” (Safe Neighborhood) plan inspired by international models. He also emphasized accountability for police officials.

In terms of healthcare, the candidate announced plans to establish a level 2 municipal hospital capable of performing surgeries, attending births, and providing medical specialties. Additionally, Alejandro stated that his technical team is preparing a contingency plan to address potential flooding caused by the El Niño phenomenon.
