Héctor Ortiz Orpinel presents second government report in Ciudad Juárez

Mayor Héctor Rafael Ortiz Orpinel of Ciudad Juárez presented his second government report, during which he recognized the commitment of municipal employees for their role in the city's transformation. The mayor emphasized that the results presented by various municipal departments, including those responsible for street cleaning and public security, are a direct result of the staff's dedication.

During the presentation, City Council member Alejandro Alberto Jiménez Vargas of the National Action Party (PAN) acknowledged the mayor's initial months in office. While noting that two months is insufficient to resolve all urban issues, Jiménez Vargas stated that the PAN intends to act as a responsible and vigilant opposition, willing to build agreements when decisions benefit the city. He highlighted the need for improved response times in municipal departments and better attention to neighborhoods lacking basic services, paving, and land tenure regularization.
