HÜDA PAR holds provincial congress in Ağrı

HÜDA PAR held its 5th Ordinary Provincial Congress in Ağrı at the Ağrı Culture and Congress Center. During the event, Muhammet Arif Yılmaz was re-elected as the HÜDA PAR Ağrı Provincial Chairman following a single-list election.

Serkan Ramanlı, the party spokesperson and Batman Member of Parliament, addressed the assembly regarding legislative processes and the resolution of the Kurdish issue. Ramanlı claimed that the party served as an inspiration for a recent legislative proposal that passed with 476 votes, stating that the framework of the proposal they submitted at the beginning of the year had become the “common will of the entire Parliament” by mid-year.

Ramanlı emphasized the necessity of resolving issues through civil politics rather than violence. He noted that the resolution of the Kurdish issue is not achieved simply by the cessation of weapons or the dissolution of organizations, but through persuasion and political dialogue. He advocated for a process where problems are solved by “persuading one another” rather than through bloodshed or the infringement of rights.
