Health and social support initiatives held for elderly and caregivers

Various health and social support initiatives have been organized to mark international and national awareness days.

In Morocco, the Groupement Sanitaire Territorial-Rabat Salé Kénitra held a day dedicated to elderly oral health at the Centre de Consultations et de Traitements Dentaires. The event focused on educating seniors about oral hygiene and the proper maintenance of dental prostheses to improve their overall quality of life and autonomy.

In Saint-Denis, the 17th edition of the National Caregivers Day was organized by GIP-SAP Réunion with support from the Department and CGSS Réunion. The event featured over 60 stands designed to inform the public about available resources and support systems for those caring for relatives with illnesses or disabilities. The program included wellness workshops and musical animations to support the well-being of caregivers.
