Health awareness races held in Lucas do Rio Verde and Parauapebas

Various athletic events focused on health awareness took place in Brazil. In Lucas do Rio Verde, the Outubro Rosa and Novembro Azul race featured a 7 kilometer course. The event aimed to promote physical activity and raise awareness for women's and men's health. João Brenno from Cuiabá won the men's general classification with a time of 22 minutes and 11 seconds, while Antônia de Willian took first place in the women's category with a time of 26 minutes and 47 seconds.

In Parauapebas, approximately one thousand women participated in the 2nd edition of the Elas Inspiram race. The 5 kilometer event served as the conclusion to the municipality's Outubro Rosa actions, focusing on the prevention and early diagnosis of breast and cervical cancer. Participants registered by donating non-perishable food and hygiene products. The event was organized by the Parauapebas City Hall through the Municipal Women's Secretariat.
