Health Communication Festival introduces new impact awards
The Health Communication Festival, scheduled for November 26–27, 2026, in Deauville, is updating its award categories to focus on measurable outcomes. The festival aims to shift the industry toward a culture of evaluation, judging communication by the changes it effects rather than just its visibility.
Two new distinctions will be introduced: the Creative Concept Prize, which honors bold or innovative visual and narrative projects, and the Impact Prize, which rewards projects demonstrating concrete effects such as improved public health, behavioral changes, or increased patient engagement.
The awards are divided into two main branches: the #FestiComMed prizes for healthcare professionals and the #FestiComSanté prizes for public-facing communication. The latter includes specific categories for pharmaceutical laboratories, medical device manufacturers, and patient associations.
