Dr. I Made Junior Rina Artha from Siloam Hospitals Bali noted that heart attack symptoms do not always present as classic chest pain. For individuals with diabetes, symptoms may instead manifest as weakness, nausea, vomiting, or digestive issues. Typical symptoms often include a heavy feeling in the chest, pain radiating to the back, neck, or left arm, and cold sweats.
